Caldicot Town Council, subject to certain provisions,
may make donations or underwrite to organisations from its budget.
Town Council’s limited
funds for donations are for benefits to activities which are in the
interest of and benefit to as many people as possible within Caldicot.

Each civic year, Caldicot
Town Council financially support a number of functions and activities, which benefit the
people of Caldicot.
Caldicot Town Council has contributed financially to:
Through devolution of services, Caldicot Town Council has adopted the Jubilee Way Toilets from Monmouthshire County Council and will continue to support services, such as cleaning of the town, grass cutting and maintenance.
The Council adopted a 5 year strategy which identified three
priorities; community well-being, children and young people and elderly and
disabled. The Council is committed to
supporting these groups and has done so through contributions to the CAB,
Playscheme and Church Lunches, as well as availability of the Town Council
buildings as venues for community groups to use (hosting Foodbank, Community Connections and ‘I-Need’
